Rollo
Rollo is a Red welder on Phobos and a contact for the Sons of Ares. He guides Darrow's party from a smuggled cargo container to the rebels' facilities.
Rollo has spent eight years working on the moon and sends money to his wife and children in New Thebes. He explains how travel debts and the cost of injuries keep workers trapped in their contracts with Julii Industries. He later helps the Rising seize the station.
Rollo is ArchGovernor of Mars and publicly supports Darrow against the Republic Senate. During the upheaval on Mars he is assassinated in Agea. Kieran eventually succeeds him.
