House Lune
The Sovereign line of the Society, descended from Silenius and seated on Luna. Octavia rules, and Lysander is her heir.
A family that has held power for seven centuries has few illusions left. The Lunes treat rule as an inheritance and a burden, and they raise their heirs on the conviction that without them, humanity would tear itself to pieces. The trouble is that they might be right.
