Eo of Lykos
Eo is a Red bioSilk worker from Lykos and the wife of Darrow. She wants their people to have a life beyond the mines.
Eo takes Darrow to a garden forbidden to Reds. During their public punishment she sings the The Forbidden Song, and Nero orders her hanged. Footage of her execution is used by the The Sons of Ares to rally opposition to the Society. She becomes known as Persephone, a name Darrow initially rejects.
