Dale of Lykos
Dale was the father of Darrow, Kieran and Leanna of Lykos, and the husband of Deanna. He lived in Lykos and was executed by the Society before Darrow entered the mines.
Darrow remembers watching his father hanged and being told to remain composed. Dale advocated freedom and laws for their own people. Darrow later identifies himself to Matteo as Dale's son.
During the war for Mars, Deanna remembers Dale at the Lykos gallows while leading a public gathering.
