ArchGovernor Cylus
Cylus was an ArchGovernor of Mars whose family dominated its government before Nero's rise.
In Lorn's account, Cylus supports Julius au Bellona in a housewar and destroys the Augustus family except for the child Nero, whom he raises at court. Nero later wins support from Octavia and replaces Cylus. The Cylus family is destroyed and removed from official records.
